Payment is processed directly by our payment gateway partner, who handles that data under their own PCI-compliant security standards — Beltman only receives confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed, never the underlying payment details.

How Long We Keep Your Information

Order information — your name, address, and order history — is retained for as long as required under Indian tax, accounting, and consumer-protection record-keeping rules, which is generally longer than you might expect, for legal reasons rather than because we want to hold onto it unnecessarily. Marketing information, like your email address for a newsletter, is kept only until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Website analytics data is retained in aggregate form and isn't tied back to you individually once its immediate purpose — understanding site usage — has been served. Once information is no longer needed for any of these purposes, it's deleted or anonymized rather than kept on file indefinitely. Children's Privacy

Beltman.co.in is built for adults making purchases for themselves or as gifts, not for use by children.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal data without appropriate consent, we will delete it. Any processing of a minor's data that does occur would only happen with verifiable consent from a parent or guardian, consistent with India's data protection rules for children, and would never be used for tracking, behavioural monitoring, or targeted advertising to that minor.
